- It was too expensive for what it offered, and I would never want to stay here again.
- Room and beds were very comfortable and clean. We stayed there last year and was not happy with the dirty carpet in the rooms. Problem was fixed this visit- looks like a carpet replacement had taken place. The Onsen on site is one of the best onsens I've ever visited, great longe area to relax and enjoy complimentary tea after a soak. Staff were amazing- so courteous- great checkin experience. Will book this property again if traveling in the area.

- A little noisy early in the mornings- some people really need to learn hotel ettiquette...room above sounded like basketball practice...
- I didn't appreciate that people at the desk didn't speak english, only one person understood me and that was on the last day, I was very unhappy about that.
